Inside Pai Hospital
Lawful, licensed, confidential. Termination of pregnancy at Pai Hospital is carried out lawfully under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 (as amended), at a licensed facility, by registered medical practitioners, within the limits and the certification that the Act requires. We do not carry out or offer sex determination of any kind, at any stage, for any reason. Your identity and your treatment are confidential.
We do not publish patient or facility photographs on this page. Publishing photographs taken inside a working hospital risks identifying patients even when no one intends it to, so instead this page describes what you will find when you visit — and if you would like to see the facility for yourself, that is easiest arranged as part of your first visit.
What is in the building
- Consultation rooms, where your first visit and follow-ups happen
- The hospital's own operating theatre, used for gynaecological surgery, surgical termination of pregnancy, and male infertility procedures such as micro-TESE
- The hospital's own IVF/embryology laboratory, in the same building
- Recovery and admission areas for day-care and short-stay procedures
All of this is in one building, at Vaddem, Vasco-da-Gama — see inside the hospital for more detail on each area.
Arranging a visit
Call or WhatsApp us before you come in for a procedure, and we are glad to answer questions about the facility as part of that conversation. If you are travelling from elsewhere in Goa, we send a car for you and bring you home again, free of cost.
Why are there no photographs on this page?
To avoid any risk of identifying patients who are at the hospital when a photograph is taken. We would rather describe the facility accurately than publish an image that could compromise someone's privacy.
Can I see the facility before my procedure?
Yes — ask when you call or WhatsApp us, and we can talk you through it as part of your visit.
This page is for general education and is not personal medical advice. Treatment depends on your own examination and reports, so please speak to a doctor about your situation. We do not carry out or offer sex determination of any kind.
