You do not need to book a flight to find out what applies to you. Call or WhatsApp us first, send any reports or scans you already have, and have a conversation with the consultant by phone. It costs you nothing to ask, and nothing about that message reaches anyone but the person reading it.
Why this comes first
A trip from the Gulf is not a small undertaking — time off work, a story for the people around you, the cost of the ticket itself. Most patients we speak to want to know, before any of that is arranged, roughly what they are dealing with: how many weeks, what the options are, what it is likely to involve. A phone consultation answers that honestly, before you have spent anything.
What to send
- For termination of pregnancy: the date of your last menstrual period, and any scan or test result you already have.
- For fertility treatment: whatever investigations have already been done, even informally — blood tests, previous scans, any prior treatment history.
- A number we can reach you on by WhatsApp, since that is usually easier than a call across time zones.
Send what you have; do not delay the message because your file is incomplete. Missing reports can often be worked around, or repeated once you arrive.
What the call can tell you, and what it cannot
From your last period and any scan, the doctor can usually give you a reasonable idea of what stage you are at and what your options are likely to be, plus a close cost estimate. What a phone conversation cannot do is replace an examination — the exact plan, and the precise, itemised figure you will actually pay, are only confirmed once you have been examined here in person. This is stated plainly rather than promised loosely, because a figure given before an examination is a guess, not a commitment.
There is no obligation attached to asking
Plenty of people who message us are still deciding, or are only trying to understand their options before they decide anything. That is a perfectly good reason to write to us. Nothing is booked, charged or recorded anywhere else because you sent a message.
Time zones and how quickly you will hear back
Goa is ahead of the Gulf by an hour and a half to two and a half hours depending on the country, so a message sent in your evening often lands in our working day. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us across that gap; leave a message even outside hospital hours and we will follow up.

Do I have to book a flight before I can ask questions?
No. Call or WhatsApp us first with whatever you have — there is no obligation, and no flight needs to be booked to have that conversation.
What if I do not have any scans or reports yet?
Send us the date of your last menstrual period at least, and tell us what you do not yet have. We will tell you what can be worked out on the phone and what will need to wait until you are examined here.
Will the price I am quoted by phone be final?
No — it is a close estimate based on what you send us. The precise, itemised figure is confirmed only once you have been examined here, and that figure does not change afterwards.
Is the phone consultation itself confidential?
Yes. Nothing you send us by phone or WhatsApp is shared with anyone else, before or after you travel.
Can I message in the middle of the night in the Gulf?
Yes. Leave a WhatsApp message any time and we will respond as soon as we can during our working hours.
